Absolutely horrible im the blue house on there main page they dhow you but what they fail to show you is after the first year it looks horrible i had to fight them to come do warranty work that took a long time and year 2 looks even worse every brick is out of place because it should have been concreted in and they didnt use any cement at all so its a mess i have to hire another company again to do it right the first time . And im a 100% disaster veteran so imagine how they would treat you.
I'd give one star if that was an option. Absolutely the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. We hired Tim Dress to remove a hedge and install a fence. We gave him our deposit in early July and were told his crew would be on site in two weeks. After two weeks passed, he canceled, twice, and was completely unresponsive when requesting on update rescheduling. Six weeks later, now early September, a crew shows up to remove the hedge in preparation to install the fence (and left large roots behind). The next day, ... read more
Wow! What a refreshing experience. From beginning to end, Tim and his crew at Dress It Up communicated clearly, concisely and in writing. They showed up when they promised, gave me a detailed estimate, listened to my concerns and EXCEEDED my expectations for a job well done. I highly recommend Dress It Up Spring clean up.
