The staff was very friendly and helpful with my mother and I when we went to look for potential evening dresses. It saddens me to know they will be closing their doors in May. They have their current inventory from 50% off.

I purchased a dress today and asked the shop person if it was washable. Told me yes, just put it in the washer and dryer. Got it home and tag says hand wash only. I am bringing it back but surprise, I can only exchange it. Why would I want another item from a store that lied to me. I hate it when they don't tell you there are no returns up front.
Please be aware that they have no return and no exchange policy! They won’t tell you at the time of purchase but they are saying that is on the receipt! Lol what’s that matter after purchasing it to see the receipt when there is no exchange or refund policy? I was at the Burlington store and they made to buy a dress which was 3 size bigger than my actual size simply because they didn’t had my size! I realized that the cost for alteration is almost $250 so I wanted to return the dress and simply exchange it with another style... read more
