Customer service is just subpar. I’m not sure who runs this place, if a manager or the owner is in charge, but his attitude just stinks. I only went in because I needed an item but it was my second time there and the same attitude was there both times. Overpriced accessory that I could have gotten somewhere else but had an issue with my timeframe so was forced to get it here. Also their sales are final which is not great for the customer. Highly do not recommend. Dresses seem okay for the price but I’ve found better online.
So many choices ! Super friendly staff ! Patrick is amazing! so helpful My daughter tried on several dresses, ( many dress shops only allow 3 tryons) We had a fun experience! Highly recommend!
Highly recommend you shop here first. I’m saving you time here, this is THE place to find your perfect dress. I first found this store last fall when I was searching for a cocktail dress for myself for a wedding. I told my daughter we’d be back for prom shopping. And I referred a few of her friends there too. This store has everything. Don’t be fooled by the empty stores in the mall, this place is a gem, not to be overlooked.
