I have been seen by Dresher Family Medicine since i was born, i am now 38 years old. I have never felt so disappointed after waiting for 45 mins on hold then to be put on hold again after the agent answered the phone. Not only was the wait disappointing the agent was very disrespectful. Highly unfair. I wish Dr. Barron was around he would def not let people get treated like this. Highly un professional!
Abysmal practice that deserves to be shut down immediately. Avoid like the plague.
Called and tried to make an appointment as a new patient.... LOL Considering the conversation I had with the receptionist or associate or whatever they were titled, I wouldn't step foot into this place. Couldn't understand them, they were snippy, and they were more interested in what insurance I had than what ailed me.
