I saw Tran the optometrist earlier in the year and emailed her with some concerns. She took the time on her holiday to reply to me and put my mind at ease. A healthcare professional who actually cares! Thank you Tran for your service and attention.
Dr. Jonathon Sykes was amazing! Full of energy and knowledge. Recommended what eye drops might be better for me and made me feel relieved about my concerns. Highly highly recommend!
The lady was absolutely wonderful and threw in an extra pair of arms for my little ones sunnies in case she changed her mind on the colour, she also was very honest with me and didn’t try to upsell, only took 20 minutes for them to be ready loved it !!
I take my hat off to the staff of Dresden newtown North. Of first note is the Dr Tran Duong who is a very highly skilled optometrist. She thoroughly checked my prescription and asked a lot of interesting questions to get to know what I need my glasses for. It was a very pleasant experience as she explained the photos of the eye and my eye conditions in a calm and soothing voice.
