Perfection Staff brilliant I've been buying DRESDEN glasses for several years now, and they’ve never disappointed me. The team is fantastic! I heard about Dresden Vision 12 months ago. My husband visited first about three months ago. He loves the mix and match glasses and was impressed with the product and variety of colour combinations to choose from at a value for money price. This is specifically in relation to online purchases. If there was a way to let my review be seen and known elsewhere, I'd post it there. I love the product, but twice now I've had to go through this rigmarole that ends up in the glasses taking way longer than I would expect to arrive. There are bigger problems in the world, sure, but where we have a rich and thriving online marketplace, this level of service is unacceptable when there are other options available. I'm saddend to say that after over a decade of wearing dresden glasses that I will not be buying another pair. I popped into the newtown store and went to pay cash which was unaccepted. I understand that the company was taken over 3 years ago by a new owner. like a good things, they come to an end. thank you for being such pioneers in funky vision. to the new owner I encourage you to review your stance on accepting cash.
