I really liked Anna Purkey alot.But I have to leave just 1 star because the practice closed up shop permanently and I was not notified until after the fact.I had been a patient for several years,and my wife and daughter were just accepted as new patients only 7 weeks ago.I was only made aware of the closing after trying to make my daughter an appointment and only getting a prompt that the number was no longer in service.
