The staff is so rude and you can tell they hate their jobs. They say disrespect will not be tolerated, did they not get the memo.
If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want to live, I suggest you run far away from this place and Dr. Yee-Providence. You will never get answers and waste hours of your time trying to get in contact with the doctor, even with a scheduled appointment.
Absolute crap. Wait 2 months for a basic checkup, wait 45 for my name to be called, and they tell me I didn't tell them I was there so I'll have to wait longer. I have always just went in and sat down until my name is called. They have eyes, and I'm assuming they have a list of some sort that says who is supposed to be there and when.
I sat in the waiting room today with my 9 month old son and 2 other moms with younger babies for over 2 hours past our SCHEDULED appointment today! I would never write a 1 star review but it is not okay to make a family with a 9 month old who only wants to be crawling and moving around to wait 2 hours plus! Not only that, we had to leave and go home because my son was no longer having it (and NOTHING would help)but we got home at 4:00 (AND WE LIVE IN TOWN!!) which is the time they close!!
