Absolute crap. Wait 2 months for a basic checkup, wait 45 for my name to be called, and they tell me I didn't tell them I was there so I'll have to wait longer. I have always just went in and sat down until my name is called. They have eyes, and I'm assuming they have a list of some sort that says who is supposed to be there and when.
I sat in the waiting room today with my 9 month old son and 2 other moms with younger babies for over 2 hours past our SCHEDULED appointment today! I would never write a 1 star review but it is not okay to make a family with a 9 month old who only wants to be crawling and moving around to wait 2 hours plus! Not only that, we had to leave and go home because my son was no longer having it (and NOTHING would help)but we got home at 4:00 (AND WE LIVE IN TOWN!!) which is the time they close!! Doctor seems friendly and knowledgeable but staff is absolutely horrific. They treat their patients as though they are a huge inconvenience to them with zero respect and yet their voicemail has some bull about threat your staff with respect. I think the real issue is patients are being treated horribly by them and when the patients don’t stand for it staff has a problem with it. It’s sad the only way to keep your doctor is to tolerate being treated poorly and keep your mouth shut about it. If you hate your job please do all ... read more
