I first want to say that I was welcomed with so much heartfelt raw warmth. Quinnika was so amazing after my session she took time and spoke with me and made me feel safe,heard and I do have some light to look forward to. She walked me through everything and spoke from her heart and made me feel a little more seen and grief looks different for everyone. That it's ok to feel numb and broken It takes time to heal. It is a welcoming and releasing space. It is a place you can get out some aggression aswell as find some peace and tranquility. Highly recommend.
Can I share this review for dre's space-? When Healing Ain’t Cute Today I used one of the curated rooms at this healing space ,designed for VR experiences, but there were no headsets, no aesthetic setup. Just two humans in a dark padded room, the only light coming from a window we pulled open. I had just finished cleaning a church basement that smelled like neglect. I was dirty, hungry, and tired. Today allowed us, to break free from past hurts and bond on a different level. It allowed us to be vulnerable and SAFE! We didn’t finish the whole thing because we allowed ourselves to truly open up and do the work!! Looking forward to our next visit…….
