I've used Attorney Drennan for over 30 years and find his knowledge of the law to be far superior to many others in the same profession. His attention to detail is held in high regard by him, making sure all transactions he touches, Estate Planning, Real Estate, Elder Service, and more are done correctly, thus putting the client at ease. Richard is very easy to work with and has a way to look at the most minor details. He lets you know everything and keeps you up to date. We have closed a few properties with him and he has made the process easy and pleasant even when there were some difficult things to get through.
