Have always had the best experiences at Drench, all the girls there are so helpful and Raegan is an amazing esthetician!
I had my back waxed at Drench. I have to admit, I was a little nervous at first but the employee performing the service talked me through it. Right before she pulled the first strip I started crying out of fear. She comforted me, hugged me, gave me a teddy bear to hold onto, and assured me everything would be ok. She was right! I had the most wonderful experience at Drench today. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I walked in, she knew exactly what my appointment was for, and escorted me to the back to relax until it was time for me to get started! I usually see Raegan for lashes, who is AMAZING, but today I saw Brittany for a spray tan! I must say she did a fabulous job. I'm getting bronzer by the minute!!! I highly recommend Drench!
Poorly run business! I have had 2 bad experiences there. The teenagers that run it are rude and don't care if you come there or not. We had an appointment mix up that was partly my fault. The would not try to help me when I explained I was going out of town and even went as far as telling me I made them lose business. I will never go there again.

Despite your request to not “just stand here” but rather to “fix your nails”, I am not a licensed nail technician and therefore cannot take care of you in that manner. I see Morgan once every three weeks for a brow wax and tint. Since I started getting this done TONS of people have asked me what I'm doing differently to my eyebrows. Morgan is amazing and I've never had to wait more than five minutes once I get there.
Fist time going to drench staff was so nice and welcoming went to get my eyebrows wax and tinted..can you say love them...WOW.. Will be going again....
It would be nice if they would answer their phone.
