Improperly diagnosed my issue causing me to purchase a new dishwasher. Installed new dishwasher improperly (wired backwards) and refused to issue a refund despite showing direct proof of bad work. Told me directly he would rather go to court than refund the labor. Do not use this service.

Very unprofessional experience this time. I had actually used this technician before and previously received good service, which is exactly why I chose to call him again. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different and beyond unprofessional. I paid $189 for him to repair my washing machine, and the issue was not fixed. The washer continued leaking when it drained immediately after he completed the repair. We had an excellent experience with this appliance repair company. They repaired both our refrigerator and microwave, and everything is working perfectly now.
