our basement had a serious moisture issue that had already ruined one attempt at finishing it by a different company years ago. they had put up drywall and carpet and within two years the carpet was moldy and the bottom of the walls were soft and discolored. we tore everything out and just left it raw for like five years bc we were frustrated and didnt wanna throw more money at it. finally decided to try again but this time we wanted someone who would actually address the moisture before building anything on top of it. The crew was very polite and kept the noise to a minimum while I was working from home. They made sure I was happy with every phase of the basement construction. Great service.
The team was always on time and they really pay attention small detail like trim work and flooring. They cleaned up the job site every single night before leaving which my wife appreciated. Great quality
