Took about 2 hours to get a door but once in a door loaded super quick. Friendly enough staff enough room to move around. All around decent place to pick up
I had a very bad experience with this company. Loading takes extremely long — usually 3 to 5 hours minimum,if you arrive on time for your appointment. What’s frustrating is that they charge a late fee if you’re late, so they clearly value their own time, but they don’t respect drivers’ time at all. The attitude toward drivers is unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend this place.
