Our family has used Dreier-Giltner funeral home since it was first founded by Ed Dreier. We have had funerals under the guidance of Alan Giltner and now, most recently, with Shawn Giltner on the death of our sister. Shawn compassionately took our phone call in the middle of the night and met with us the next morning to make the arrangements. He was always kind and professional and responsive to any questions we had. We can't speak more highly about our experience with Dreier-Giltner Funeral Home in Rochester, NY. Shawn was readily available, respectful, and provided sound advice, helping us set up a trust in advance for funeral expenses for my mother at our request. He added touches at the wake that personalized the experience for us and meant a lot to my family. His assistant, Sarah, was at hand to answer our many questions. We're entirely happy that we chose Dreier-Giltner for our mother's funeral.
