There are many issues with my home. I am still under warranty and Anita is not providing the care that is needed under warranty. Her claim is that we submitted a claim too close to the warranty date, although per contract signed at closing, very clearly says we have ONE YEAR to submit claim. That’s not how warranty works and will be looking for legal consultation on this. Stay away if you can.
Misled us about what we were actually buying. When we decided not to move forward, they refused to return our deposit even though they obtained our money while not under contract.
I purchased a 600,000. Home from this company less than 18months ago and my Stove Top has stop working and i contacted Ms.Anita Schreck on November 14,2024 to inform them that i got Whirlpool to come out to take a look at the stove top and they informed me in writing that it was installed wrong. My wife and I just completed the Design Center phase of our new home to be built in Trailmark St. Augustine. We had 2 3-hour virtual meetings with Mallory and could not have been more pleased with her professionalism and patience. Her guidance and helpful suggestions ensured we made sound design decisions. We cannot wait to see what our design will look like when the home is completed! Thank you Mallory!
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible experience with this company. Specifically with their warranty/customer care rep Chad Zink who is extremely unprofessional and rude. During our closing day and 90 day inspection He told us that every issue we brought up was the responsibility of the homeowner to fix after. He also told my wife and I that he can’t stand homeowners like us as we complain to much. Seems to be that this company does not stand behind its work or warranty.
