Lived in the area for about a year and has dealt with issues since the signing date. Firstly, our water heater continuously kicked oof, leaving the entire home without hot water. Secondly, the furnace stopped working, leaving the home with no heat. Thirdly, the AC unit outside stopped working.. and can you guess?? It left the house at 80 degrees in the middle of summer.
