Don’t waste your time with this builder. Cosmetically the home might look good but structurally it’s faulty. Review contract extremely well. Actually I suggest you get an attorney first and review the dispute section because it is beyond egregious and deceptive. The subpar repairs are deceptive as well often using subcontractors without getting the proper permits to do the work correctly nor getting city inspections. I had a very poor experience with Drees Design Dallas, specifically with the design manager, Crystal. When I escalated documented contradictions I received from her design team and the market manager regarding vanity cabinetry and the patio door, Crystal did not respond at all. A complete lack of response from design leadership after issues are formally raised is unacceptable. Silence is not a resolution.
