Reposting my review from the neighborhood google reviews and adding an update. Update: These issues still have not been fixed and now our AC has gone out for the second time in two years due to the electrical issues. Now we are out even more money and we continue to get the run around on the electric issues. They have acknowledged there is an issue but no resolution. I would like to preface this review by saying: I try not to leave bad reviews. However I own a business, and I would want to be aware of unprofessional encounters between my staff and the customers - so here we are. We closed on our Drees home a few weeks ago and it was a wonderful experience all throughout. We worked directly with Donna and Zack and the both of them were going above and beyond in every aspect. Even after closing they stayed in contact and followed up. This was the third home we purchased and we have high service standards but Donna Steen blew me away.
