Stay away from this builder. My review is really based out of the next community..Union Park. But its the same builder. Worst builder and worst management. I bought home with them, they do not honor the contract. Each and every step is a long process, until you sign the contract they speak friendly language. Once signed they are rude, they scare you and turn everything to their comfort. My sincere suggestion is to stay away from this builder.
