Drees Customs Homes at Wolf Ranch has been a very stressful process for my family. They have overextended themselves with new construction to such an extend, that they are using poorly trained contractors to hastily build as many houses as possible. We have had the same area of the roof leak 3 TIMES, in addition to other areas of the roof leaking, drainage issues in the yard, extremely poor finishing work (paint, caulking, windows), they failed the neighborhood HOA inspection with exterior lighting and landscaping issues, ..... read more
