Last week I have closed a home from "drees custom homes". The builder lacks ethics. They claim to be custom builder but they really do not give many options. The builder will not let know the buyer if any inventory is short/back order. They silently use an inferior items to clear the inspections and if you notice and question them, they will be adamant and if required they bulldoze you with their power.
