Absolutely pathetic quality homes. These guys are terrible. Follow no best practices. No attention to details. Using low quality material in a home priced way over a million dollar. No accountability and ownership on issues. Never buy home from them. We learnt it hard way. Once you sign a contract and pay earnest money, you're screwed. Extremely bad quality home with poor and unprofessional workmanship. Stay away from this builder.
If I could give Mecala and Carol 10 stars I would! Top notch service, care and diligence when planning to build your home and excellent incentives. Mecela shared with us all our options and considerations when building a home with Drees. Mortgage rates are a bit high now, but when they come down, we will definitely be buying with this team!! You will not be disappointed!!
We had bad experience from day one after signed the contract and also used the products different from what we selected and bathroom shower never dries and many things were not explained and we were not told and overall not a good quality and unable to get any response or commitment from builder side The sales person is not good. Worst experience overall
