I would entrust the DMV with my heart transplant before I purchase another home with Drees. They show all the signs of a company about to go bankrupt. They will lie to you and say anything just to get you to buy a house but will cut corners on every aspect to try to save money. Expect to overpay for inferior service, quality and follow up.
