We moved into a Drees home in Caliterra in 2022. The sales associate Ryan was the first contact and fantastic to deal with- prompt in communication, friendly, and helpful. Above and beyond in terms of the sales process, he has pride in the product he is selling and it shows. I would entrust the DMV with my heart transplant before I purchase another home with Drees. They show all the signs of a company about to go bankrupt. They will lie to you and say anything just to get you to buy a house but will cut corners on every aspect to try to save money. Expect to overpay for inferior service, quality and follow up.
