This was a very disappointing experience. Unfortunately I can't review the quality of their service, because they cancelled on me one hour before my appointment! After sending 3 reminders, 2 via SMS and one via email. So there is no need to ask me an hour before the appointment if I make it. I can't look at my phone during work, but if there would have been a call, I could have heard it. So maybe rather call next time? Great service! MacKenzie pays attention to details and is very informative. She worked on my lips and I am very happy with the final result. I recommend this artist to whom is looking for permanent makeup work done!
Love my brows! Very professional, listens to you, explains what will work with your brows and what won’t and why it won’t work well. She also explains everything as she does it. Mackenzie is awesome!
Mackenzie was very professional, friendly and did a wonderful job!! She was very confident in what she did and made me feel very comfortable. The color was spot on an edges are crisp, I love my new ombré powder brows so much!! 🙂
