These people came and took measurements and gave me a cost. Asked me to to pay half upfront for the glass order. They postponed the installation 4 times before they finally showed up to install it. They were late for the installation. One of the glass was taller than the others. They did a lazy job and left with no seal at the bottom of the shower door. Now water leakes when we take showers. Quite possibly the poorest experience we had during our remodel. This company makes promises they cannot keep, has severe quality control issues and terrible customer service. Let me explain. We ordered a 4 panel door, it was supposed to be installed within 2 month. 4 months later, they installed a 3 PANEL DOOR! completely destroyed the flooring and oh yeah.... it was not what we ordered at all. When they finally did come back with the 4 panel door, the measurements were completely wrong, leaving wide gaps and a crooked look... read more
