Dr. McMiller is simply amazing and everything you love about a dentist. That said, her office staff needs lots of work. We've been coming here for years. Recently, her office staff's customer service (or lack thereof) has declined, causing us to look elsewhere. Simply put, they are rude and unhelpful. This is extremely unfortunate, and it has become quite difficult to deal with her staff.
Lack of communication. I scheduled my appointment for a cleaning, only to find out at the appointment the appointment I was scheduled for a consultation. I was really upset and I decided to give this office another chance. Today I arrive for my cleaning and crown. I was told I needed to pay $522.13 plus $75.00. This was know big deal. The problem is that I called Monday to confirm how much I needed to pay out of pocket. I was told $75.00. As a new patient at Dreamworks, I can confidently say they’ve gained a lifelong patient in me! From my very first appointment, they made me feel welcome, educated, and supported, even accommodating my urgent schedule conflicts by squeezing me in for appointments.
