I have not had anything but bad experiences at this dentist office over the last 2 years. The most recent issue is that I was just contacted by a debt collector about an unpaid bill from 2024 (two years ago). I recieved exactly one phone call from Dreamworks in 2024 about this bill saying they were working to appeal with my insurance, but I was never notified that the appeal was denied and that I still had an outstanding bill. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while and was so nervous to be coming back in but all my nerves went away when I walked in. Great atmosphere and staff! Hope was amazing in her care and communication. Great experience overall!
Very first time getting my teeth checked in Texas and it was such a wonderful experience. Hope was the best, conversational & friendly. She made the experience very comfortable for me. Definitely the dental place to go to if you’re looking for a location in Irving.
