Excellent quality work.
I called Neil, the owner, 3 times before he finally returned my call. Told him I wanted him to build something for me, so he scheduled a meeting at my home at a specific date and time. He not only didn't show up without even the courtesy of a phone call to say he wasn't coming, but also didn't respond to my text and phone calls when I was trying to determine if he was just running late or cancelling, and still haven't heard from him almost a week later.
