Awful customer service. Manager and owner are both incredibly insensitive, condescending and rude. The owner has such poor customer service that he blames the customer for everything regardless of the truth. He even responds to upset people leaving reviews in a condescending manner. Do not go here. It is my mission to warn all of Frisco.
