I had an amazing massage with Karen — she’s incredibly experienced and intuitive. She quickly found all the tight, sore spots and worked with great skill to relax each area before going deeper. Her approach was both gentle and highly effective: she would ease off and use flower essences or hot stones to help release tension more comfortably, then work back in to fully relieve the tightness.
