I don't recommend this company. I experienced very questionable tactics, nonexistent communication effectively takes the money and runs. The communication received beyond expressing dissatisfaction is one of legal posturing.

At this point I am only willing to give these guys 2 stars for communication. Our pool dig was meant start Feb14 it eventually happened 3 March. They now have left a hole in back garden going for 3 weeks. They have left a massive mound of sand outside the back of our property which have been left for 2 weeks now. You try call for communication, and they just ignore you, sent both email, text and phone calls. So, after waiting 4 Weeks we got the mound of dirt removed and the base put in and screeded. Dreamtime has been a nightmare. I'm amazed at how many positive reviews they received in February, especially since trades shut down over Christmas. Please do your homework and google the director (Doug Constable) We did not do enough research and sadly he has $57k of our money and we have nothing to show for it.
