Dreamstyle Remodeling will NOT honor the warranty. Dreamstyle did a full roof replacement (TPO) on my house in August 2023. I chose this company over others based in large part on the 20-year "no questions asked" warranty they offered. In August 2025, I noticed three spots where my roof is leaking. I contacted them in the hopes they'd come out to fix it, and they claim that they have no record of my warranty. Lee was great and provided great customer service.
I had them give me a quote to remodel my bathroom. They were way too expensive so I told them no. They continue to call me and leave messages on voicemail even though I have asked them not to.
