I purchased a custom 3-seater sofa and couldn’t be happier! I loved being able to order swatches of the fabrics so I could see them in my space before committing to the purchase. The customer service reps always responded very quickly to my questions - within a few hours, even on the weekend. The delivery company they use in my area was quick and professional. We love our new couch from DreamSofa! The quality of it definitely shows and we are very happy with the comfort of it as well. It did take a little bit longer than we wanted for it to be delivered, but it was well worth the wait still!
Over $5k for a sofa, and the cushions bottom out in spots. Why? Because our 6 cushions have three different thicknesses! We got some 5, some 5 1/2, and a single 6 inch. Poor quality control is one thing, but it's going on a month now since I complained, with a week between email replies and zero phone calls returned. Starting to get really pissed off. Update - they've now been back in touch and supposedly our shipping me new cushions. Adjusted my stars from just one to three.
We’re thrilled with our DreamSofa purchase! It arrived a couple weeks early thanks to their go-to delivery partner, Metropolitan Warehouse, who provided top-notch white glove service. They were responsive, delivered the couch in perfect condition—exactly as DreamSofa securely packaged it—and communicated excellently throughout.
