I worked with Karla when ordering our Dreamsofa. I chose the Alton sofa with a bench seat cushion and increased the length of the sofa to 98”. The sofa is absolutely beautiful and very well constructed! I also upgraded the cushions to The Plush, however they were too firm for my family and I compare it to sitting on a rock. After a few weeks, I contacted Karla and ordered a replacement cushion for the seat in The Performance and what a difference that made on comfort. We bought this sectional from Dreamsofa a few months back. The couch itself is comfortable, looks good, and is solid enough for daily use. We like the product. The only real issue was that after a few months, some of the decorative buttons on the tufted cushions started coming loose and popped off. Not ideal, but things happen. I ordered a custom Skye couch from Dream Sofa in Royale Cobalt with a wood trim base, and had the pleasure of working with Jeff throughout the sales process. The couch I wanted wasn’t on their standard menu, but Jeff was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the custom order.
