We got a DreamSofa with a chaise lounge and have been more than impressed with the product quality and service team. I was a little nervous ordering a large couch without ever having sat on it before but so happy we decided to order. We just recently ordered a smaller couch for our living room to pair with our first couch. Highly recommend and the plush cushions are perfect.
I worked with Karla when ordering our Dreamsofa. I chose the Alton sofa with a bench seat cushion and increased the length of the sofa to 98”. The sofa is absolutely beautiful and very well constructed! I also upgraded the cushions to The Plush, however they were too firm for my family and I compare it to sitting on a rock. After a few weeks, I contacted Karla and ordered a replacement cushion for the seat in The Performance and what a difference that made on comfort. Dream Sofa's customer service, specifically Clyde Perang's communication, has been exceptional. He responded quickly to any issue that arose, walked us through what was going to happen, and kept us up-to-date throughout the process. We're very thankful to him!
We bought this sectional from Dreamsofa a few months back. The couch itself is comfortable, looks good, and is solid enough for daily use. We like the product. The only real issue was that after a few months, some of the decorative buttons on the tufted cushions started coming loose and popped off. Not ideal, but things happen.
