From the first phone call to now we still keep in touch with dreamscape. Tara Charlie April and the whole crew were spectacular. When they said it was an all inclusive pricing they meant it. From the first day Tara came for a site visit and all the way to pool school with Charlie every call text or visit we knew ahead of time what was happening with our beautiful pool. My wife and I couldn’t be more grateful of how honest and upfront everyone was. Thanks to Dreamscape we have our Oasis we have always wanted.
Do not recommend. We hired Dreamscape Pools to replace our above-ground pool liner, and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. Took them weeks to order our liner and didn’t even tell us they needed us to pick another pattern due to the one we wanted being out of stock until I finally asked “why” it wasn’t ordered after weeks of checking.Appointments were repeatedly canceled, communication was terrible, and we had to chase them down just to get updates. My husband and I vetted several pool installers in the area yet ultimately chose Dreamscape. Tarah clicked with us both. As we started the journey, she patiently walked us through the overall project. We never felt rushed or hurried as we went from reviewing the many shell options to choosing the finishes to installation. This has been a a great experience working with Dreamscape pools. The staff, permits, installers, electrician, concrete mason, All have been very professional and personable. Especially Tarah, Charlie, Patrick, and April...thank you for making this magic happen in my back yard:-)
