Overall not a great experience from the beginning of the process to the end. Some was covid issues others were just lack of communication. I just warn that customer experience is not the first priority. But owning a home is full of disappointments and having to put work and rework into the house.
We built a home with with Bob and Dreamscape that was finished about 1 year ago. Moving into the home, their are many issues that will develop over time, as to the the reason I waited to add the review. As a homeowner for over 20 years, this was our first time building. Deciding to build with Dreamscape was a great decision. The house is amazing. Great quality, craftsmanship and was great process from beginning to end. Bob is very rude. Not helpful at all. All he's worried about is making money and not about his customers.
We had been putting this project off for years and we are so glad we finally did it. Dreamscape completely remodeled our master bathroom and gave us exactly what we wanted. Rob was more than accommodating to our needs and did a great job scheduling all the contractors to minimize the disruption. Curtis from McKean's did a beautiful job on the tile. We could not be happier with the end result.
