Horrible experience, the owner promised my mom and me that she had colors for our centerpieces that we wanted and when the day came to choose she only had one color. The same thing with the table cloths, she said she had every color which she didn’t we still decided to go with what they had but the week of the baby shower they still called me to tell me they only had 6 and not all 10. Had a party for my daughter here and paid the VIP package. Several issues were noted through the event from 4pm-8pm. First, the appetizers were set at the tables and guest were not provided napkins or drinks (We were only told to provide utensils and napkins for desert only). I was rushed to go buy napkins and beverages during my event. We payed for a VIP package which included wait staff and during the party we were still expected to serve our own drinks and dessert and there was only 1 person as the wait staff, they began tear down an hour early and our party was still going on and they began taking the decorations down, we asked to put a cake in the fridge and the fridge was not cold at all and very moldy and it was very dirty and the employee was rude and overall it did not fulfill the things provided in the package we payed for and definitely not worth... read more

I used to love this place but now I’m very disappointed in their service and quality. Although we enjoyed my daughter’s cincoñera myself and the guests were unhappy with the service and quality of the food. This was for Saturday December 9th 6-9pm.
