Rude service and expensive nails I came in a few weeks ago and waited an hour to have my nails done. I did not complain and I understood that there were people getting their nails done in front of me and that’s how long it takes. I sat my stuff in the chair and on the table and went to the bathroom. Daniel and his staff are the best in the area. I have been coming to him since they had opened and leave happy every single time. The staff has always been so kind to me and understanding to any changes I have asked for. They are the best!!
I come here a lot and I have a few fair points to make. The prices are unfair. When you call you are told a certain price (for example I called for a full set of acrylics and you said $45) I come in and get them done and the total is $53. Is that not an odd total? The nails were average length and I used regular nail polish. The worker had added herself in a tip. .ight call the heath department considering my nail beds hurt from drill use to remove only polish. Last 2 visits a nightmare. I walked out offering to pay for the polish removal after my nails were destroyed. Shouldn't have at all. am so upset I have somewhere to go. I am not letting them put acrylics on the ones she destroyed. Nails not done screwed up now. That girl speaks perfect English until she started doing my nails.
