I did not have a great experience. None of what my partner and I were looking for was actually covered. Went in to receive information about my significant other and it felt more like fingers were being pointed at me being the problem. We tried to speak up for ourselves and inform that we knew some of the issues. I know bigger people tend to have a harder time getting fertility help and I hoped we had found a place that would actually focus on what we wanted to find out. Dr. Murrain was terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Teresa Randolph was great, too. So helpful and the sweetest person ever. Walked away, very impressed w. the overall experience. So happy to have found this place to help my family dreams come true. HIGHLY recommend.
