Terrible TERRIBLE customer service, if you can even call it that. Total snobs, first of all. Marginal and over-priced selection that can found anywhere, second. But the icing is that emailed to ask about services and hours. I wanted proper down cleaning for an expensive duvet. The incompetent fool who wrote to me apparently doesn't even know the hours of his own place of work. He told me a day and time they are not even open. We've had our duvets and pillows laundered or refilled at Dreams for over a decade. There is nobody who knows down like they do. Super friendly, professional, and top quality!
