I have known Francine Wilson for 10+ years. Dreams Do Come True did my decorations for my wedding. The church and reception hall, everything was beautiful. Francine Wilson is a very elegant decorator. She is very color coordinated. Time efficient as well. Francine is a beautiful person inside as well as outside. I highly recommend her business!
