I was contacted last week (approx. Nov 11) about having my installation done this week (Nov 16-20). When I asked about a specific day I was told I'd get a call back by the end of last week to set up a day. As of today, Nov 16, I haven't received a call for an install day, nor have I heard back on the phone calls I've made to them in an effort to try and plan my time off work.
