Rating one star because of the seamstress they recommended. Dress ended up costing a fortune with alterations and did not fit me at all in the end. Was loose in the bust and somehow became too short for my shoes. Not to mention the whole night it wrinkled up and I had to keep pulling it down for some reason. Would recommend getting your own seamstress if you go here as my dress was ruined and I had multiple guests at my wedding comment on it. :(

I got my bridal gown (expedited timeline for a wedding here) in the first 15 minutes of my 1 hour appointment. Shelby and Carol are super attentive and dedicated to the person during the appointment. They understand the requirements and lay out suggestions for you to try and take home the same day. I was targeted on Instagram and am so glad that happened.
