I recently purchased a used 2011 Ford Focus from this dealership on May 8, 2026. The AC blew cold, but shortly after the sale, I discovered the AC system stopped working. The focus was presented as being in good condition with a three month warranty. Now I must spend $1,500 to get the AC working. Buying a used car already requires trust, and customers deserve honesty. I recommend that anyone considering purchasing from this dealership have the vehicle independently inspected before signing anything.
