I live in Greens of Chapel Creek Townhome built by Dreams and Design Building, Kevin Stallings. The overall construction is poor (carpentry, painting, appliances plumbing). The biggest issue is for several years many unit owners have had attic condensation and Kevin continues to ignore the problem. Kevin still manages the HOA because he has not turned it over to the unit owners. The attic ventilation needs to be fixed to cure the condensation. I do not recommend this builder and I am sure many of my neighbors agree.
