Just got off the phone with them. SO RUDE!!! They should DEFINETLY hire someone else to work with the public and answer the phones. LOL - I've NEVER been so unimpressed. Going to Moab in a few months w/ some girlfriends. Thank GOODNESS there are SO many other companies that do the same thing with higher quality employees and equipment. I should have read the reviews as well. Stay away!!! - Or don't!! Give them a call. She'll show you EXACTLY why you should stay away!! LOL
This isn’t a one off. I ignored the reviews, I thought people were being dramatic. Disgusting humans. Rude. Disrespectful. Unhelpful. Outright garbage people. Take your business elsewhere, where people care about the product and you as a customer. 0/10.
Asked about renting a full suspension bike and they were very rude and hung up. Hope you go out of business and make room for other companies.
Called to ask if they were still open because google didn’t show hours of operation. The lady could have said a simple no. But asked me “are you going to spend $1000 right now? If not then we are closed”. Had to be the rudest person in customer service ever. I recommend shopping elsewhere. They don’t deserve business with customer service like that.
