We had a bad experience. A 3-week job took 9 weeks. Then the franchise went out of business, leaving some things hanging. The DreamMaker corporate office has ignored several communications from us, basically saying it’s not their problem. We went with them because they had a fine-sounding code of values. From our experience, they don’t mean it.
