I was greeted by Miguel upon entering and told him my memory on the phone is lost can you fix it. He said we will try but don't worry I promise you will walk out with a working phone. After a 20 minute huddle with Miguel and Jonathan, I got a thumbs up from Miguel. I walked out with a new phone and all my memory intact on my new phone! The finest phone store I ever worked with. I just wanted to thank Jonathan and Miguel for helping me out with my new phone. I was working my way through a lot of it, but was having trouble with a couple of things. They were very patient with me and stuck with me until my problems were resolved. Thanks guys!!! You made my day!!
Probably the most enjoyable experience I've ever had a phone store. Getting a new phone can be a headache and customer service is usually less than satisfactory, not to mention pushy and sales-y. Miguel was upfront, efficient and easy to chat with. Their staff were equally as friendly and willing to help when needed. Thanks Miguel for the great customer service! It goes a LONG WAY!
