Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Some of the equipment was not functioning properly during the wedding, especially the smoke machines, and it negatively affected our wedding clips and overall atmosphere. What upset us the most is that these issues should have been checked before the event started. After the wedding, they apologized and mentioned a possible refund, but later backed out and only gave us an apology. You only get one wedding day, and moments like these cannot be recreated. We were completely disappointed with the service. Their machines were not working properly, and our wedding videos were literally ruined because of it. The smoke machines were broken, which affected the entire atmosphere and recordings during our special day. They apologized after the wedding, but by then the damage was already done.
