My server Tay was friendly, helpful, and very professional. Overall a great experience.
Our srrver was awesome, the sweet tea was absolutely amazing. Now here is the reason I gave 3 stars. The ribs were some of the toughest ribs I have ever eaten to date. The hype of pulling the bone easily for the meat is one of the reason we chose this restaurant. I could not have been more disappointed. I truly hope this was just a bad day or one tough piggy.
I tried the other (original) store in Tuscaloosa long time ago. This store didn't exist then. I was expecting the same taste and quality for the signature BBQ rib. Unfortunately, it wasn't the same. The rib was a bit dry and hard. The other entrees (like potato salad, fried green tomatoes, etc) were however fine. I wish I had gone to the original one instead.
