Very disappointed, Set up an appointment to have our apartment measured and bid for carpet and vinyl. The salesman never showed , called to cancel or reschedule. Not very professional in my opinion.

I had my whole home recarpeted, and vinyl tile installed in two bathrooms. Tony was the installer, and Nate was his helper/apprentise. They both were very polite and hard workers. Through the years, I have several homes recarpeted, and I have to tell you, Tony is the best installer I have had the privilege of dealing with. He really knows his trade and is a perfectionist. Dreamhouse Interiors did an excellent job, from project administration & customer service to the installation & finished product! We hired them to restore the maple wood flooring on the entire main level of our 1881 home. They had to remove layers of stain and tile and patch in holes! We are so grateful for the beautiful floors their crew completed for us!

We asked for an estimate on repairing a problem with our 3-year-old hickory hardwood floor. Their response was prompt, cordial and very helpful. Gordy explained why we had some planks raising from moisture. He recommended we try a simple fix with trimscrews before spending money on a professional repair. How is that for great customer service! We highly recommend Dreamhouse Interiors.
